In business, we need to trust our team to do their work. Not by micromanaging, and force them to do our way, but let them to find the numerous way through experiential learning and release the hormone oxytocin while working and playing. Always, think objectively in business, gaining trust together, but don’t mistaken with trust just because they are fun to be with.

Anyone can make mistake, so we should think with accuracy before making decision, to gather premises and facts, bearing in minds that what we think is correct need to have validity to avoid mistaken assumptions.

The brain instantaneous decision, can trigger impulse in tense, scary, or emotional situation instantly to avoid hurt/pain. In difficult situation, count to 10 before you act to avoid stupid action / reaction as a self-defense mechanism.

When amygdala takes charge – which becomes active in fear, primitive, instant reactions – Try to shift your focus to cognitively demanding tasks. Ask yourself “What am I feeling” and turn your view in a positive way. To be an effective person, paused for a while and maintain mindfulness (equanimity), gather your senses and develop the “emotional intelligence” which includes “emotional management”.
